I am an experienced freelance consultant, working since 2022 with a wide range of community organisations and businesses including Youth Encounter, Hanmer Clinic, Sports Implementation Foundation, Growth Development, Ngapeke Permaculture, Free Public Advocacy Services Trust, Colville Community Health Trust, Pearanui Trust, Strength HQ, David Liti, StandTall Community Trust, Families Achieving Balance, and Te Tuinga Whānau Trust. I bring a strong background in both community and government sectors, underpinned by six years in leadership roles at the Ministry of Social Development, including serving as Private Secretary to Ministers with a focus on policy, social services, and employment initiatives. In 2020, I led key funding negotiations and accreditation processes for the Bay of Plenty Youth Development Trust and contributed to regional growth as Programme Manager for Regional Economic Development at Bay of Plenty Regional Council. I currently serve as a Bay of Plenty Representative for the Benefit Review Committee and am a Trustee of Hanmer Clinic Tauranga, further demonstrating my ongoing commitment to strengthening outcomes for communities through strategic, collaborative, and system-focused approaches.
