Te Wahine Toa specialises in coaching leaders and teaching a model of values based leadership that was developed over 25 years of successful and practical application. Director/Consultant Andy Gowland-Douglas is also the only person in NZ licensed to deliver – CHANGE YOUR MIND…GET NEW RESULTS an organisational transformation programme based in neuroscience and developed by Dr Joe Dispenza. This is truly creating change from the inside out all over the world. She also teaches Heartmath for effective communication, resilience and workplace wellbeing. Her other superpower is helping organisations and communities discover their “why”(purpose) “what” (vision) and “how” (values) using community led development principles.
Andy Gowland-Douglas established Te Wahine Toa in 2021 as a vehicle for transformational change. She has 25 years plus experience in organisational leadership, facilitation, strategy, governance, change management and team culture development. She has led organisations from a broad range of sectors including Local Government, Arts, Health, Charity, Philanthropic Trusts, Iwi Authorities and Commercial Business, including start up and growth. What she is most passionate about is working with individuals, organisations and communities to unleash potential through discovery of core purpose, values and aligned vision and removing any limiting beliefs and blockages that can hold us back.
