SociaLink – Collaboration

Collaboration and networking can strengthen inter-organisational relationships; present the opportunity to pool resources to support everyday mahi, or be the vehicle to start and sustain aspirational collective objectives.

Collaboration between organisations can be supported by the Collaborative Practice Coordinator by:

  • Bringing people together to gauge interest in a specific project or action
  • Support groups to connect for longer terms or annual projects
  • Organising and facilitating hui
  • Taking hui notes and tracking tasks and actions to achieve desired outcomes
  • The option to formalise collaborative groups to ensure groups work well together by developing a group vision and mission, strategic plan, work plan, Memorandum of Understanding or Terms of Reference.
  • Networking events which link the socialhealth & education sectors [held 3 times per year – subscribe to our newsletter to be informed of up-coming dates, and make sure you register as they are well-attended & do get full!]
  • Event or project management
  • Collective funding applications and reporting on behalf
  • Fundholding on behalf of the collective group by SociaLink
