The flexible support that I offer is sometimes referred to as ‘fractional’. Although the term ‘fractional’ is widely known across other countries, it still a relatively new term here in New Zealand, but the concept is simple, sensible and practical.
It means you get senior-level skills and support for what you need, when you need it, for as long as you need it — without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire. It helps you balance the budget and deliverables while getting the results you need.
I work alongside your team, not above it. I embed into the day-to-day, keep things moving, get the stuck projects unstuck, solve problems and quietly strengthen what’s under the surface while I’m there.
